I’m beginning my fourth year with Tishomingo Public Schools. This is my first year with Tishomingo Elementary School. I’m teaching 4^th and 5^th grade reading. I’ve spent the last 3 years teaching 7^th and 8^th grade English. 

This is my 21^st year as a teacher. I’ve taught grades 4^th through 12^th grades in Texas and in Oklahoma. I’ve taught many different classes, but teaching reading is my all-time favorite! 

I’ve been married for 18 years to Jeff Alexander. He teaches elementary PE and coaches football, basketball, and is the head track coach. We have 4 amazing kiddos: Olivia (THS senior), Hudson (THS sophomore), Luke (TMS 6^h grader), and Kade (TES 4^th grader.)

I enjoy watching my kids in their various sporting events (which takes up most of our time!) I also enjoy reading, shopping, watching true crime shows, and cooking/baking (although my family would say otherwise!)
