Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Things to work on:

- Taking care of personal needs like using the restroom, getting dressed, brushing teeth, tying shoes, etc...

- Let them take on more responsibility at home. Let them help with household chores and pets, pick up after themselves. Children this age love to help and feel useful. It gives them a lot of self-confidence.

- Read and spend time with your child everyday. You are the most influencial teacher your childs will ever have.
