Hello, my name is Melanie Huston.  I have been a first grade teacher here at Tishomingo Elementary School for fourteen years. I live in Tishomingo with my husband, Jon, my two beautiful children, Erin and Addison, two lazy dogs and three chubby cats.  My husband, myself, and our oldest daughter are all proud graduates of Tishomingo High School. I also hold degrees from Murray State, The University of Oklahoma and East Central University. I love teaching and working with children of all ages, so much so that in addition to teaching my sweet first graders, I also coach both middle school and high school cheer.
