I am originally from Tishomingo. I went to school here and graduated in 1992. I moved to the Ardmore area and currently live in Dickson. I have been teaching here since 2013. I love teaching at the Middle School and the people I work with.

I graduated from Murray State College with my associate’s degree. I then attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in elementary education. After teaching 2^nd grade for a few years at Springer, I went back to college. I graduated from East Central University with a master’s degree as a reading specialist. I have taught middle school for the last 15 years. I love this age group and what I do!

I have a wonderful husband and two awesome children. My daughter is the science curriculum coordinator for all of Mid/Del Public Schools. My son is a port of enry officer for the state of Oklahoma. . I am beyond proud of both of my children. I also have the prettiest granddaughter ever! 

My pride and joy are my dogs, Harley and Riley. I love animals! In my free time I love to read and spend time with family and friends. I also love to cook!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to teach and love your child. I always try to think of them as my own and have their best interest in mind.
